1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways.

Information you provide directly: contact details including name, email address, phone number, and company name submitted through our intake form or by email; business information including details about your company's operations, processes, technology systems, revenue, employee count, and pain points submitted during the assessment process; and any communications you share with us by email, during discovery sessions, or in follow-up correspondence.

Information collected automatically: usage data including pages visited, time spent on the site, referring URLs, and browser type collected through standard web server logs and analytics tools; and essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to deliver our services and operate our business: to review your intake submission and prepare for your discovery session; to conduct pre-engagement research specific to your business; to produce and deliver your AI Opportunity Audit Report; to communicate with you about your engagement, scheduling, and deliverables; to send invoices and process payments; to follow up after delivery regarding implementation or additional services if relevant; and to improve our methodology using anonymized, aggregated insights with no client-identifying information included.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to your engagement with B2B Architect.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Infrastructure providers including Supabase (database), Google Workspace (communications), and Vercel (hosting), each of whom maintain SOC 2 certified security programs and process data solely on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Access to your information is limited to personnel directly involved in your engagement.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations. If you request deletion of your information, we will honor that request subject to any legal retention requirements.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Period.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances: with infrastructure service providers (Supabase, Google Workspace, Vercel) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes; if required by law, court order, or governmental authority; or in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, where your information may transfer to the acquiring entity subject to equivalent privacy protections.

5. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information.
