Approach
Find the first use case.
I look at where your firm depends on one or two people and which decisions cost you the most when they're busy or gone. You get a short written plan for the first capture.
Design and build.
I capture the judgment your experts use on hard calls, and can set up an FAQ for the everyday questions your team keeps asking. Both run in the AI tools your team already uses, and if you need one you don't have yet, I'll recommend one.
Monitor and improve.
When your team hits a question the captured knowledge doesn't cover, they ask it on my platform and it goes to the right expert on your team. The answer is captured and added for next time, and the same approach extends to more roles.

Background
I've spent 25+ years helping mid-market companies automate how they work through EDI, OCR, workflows, accounting and payments. I built a cloud-based supplier payment platform American Express acquired, then as a director at Amex scaled it 50X in payment volume. I'm certified in TOGAF business architecture, the discipline of mapping how a business actually runs and where it depends on people.
I built the capture platform myself and test AI models on real construction documents before I use them. When a new model comes out, I measure it against the last one before switching.
FAQ
Each engagement is a fixed price for a defined scope. After a short call I send a written scope with what's included, what's excluded and a price. You know the number before any work starts.
If you already have an FAQ for an area, it can be imported in minutes. A capture is one interview with your expert plus a review of what was captured. Building it into a workflow depends on the tool and the scope, and the written scope includes a timeline.
An hour or so of your expert's time for the interview, someone who knows the workflow, and access to the tool it will run in.
Yes. The playbooks are free and show how to use captured knowledge in Copilot, Claude, Excel, with more to come. The captured knowledge is a file your firm owns either way.
Every answer cites the captured item it came from, so your team can check it against what your expert approved. When a question isn't covered, it says so instead of guessing. You can flag an incorrect answer to send it back to the expert to update. You can flag a missing answer for the expert to add.
No part of it is used to train AI. The interview runs through a commercial AI provider under terms that exclude training on customer data. Your captured knowledge is a file your firm owns and is never shared or sold.
